José María Rodríguez Martín received the B.S. degree in physics in 1986, and the Ph. D. degree in physics in 1991, both from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Since 1991 he is working as Assistant Professor at the ETSIS de Telecomunicación in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. His interests are related to the acoustic, optical and electrical properties of materials, optical communications and microwave technology.
