| Advantages of the concession model Toll Roads. Application to the AP-1. In this work we conducted a review of the state of the art of legislative changes that have taken place concerning the allocation of traffic risk in toll road concessions in Spain at different stages of their evolution. In this context, it was also necessary to know with detail the concession contracts and their evolution. The vision and experience of the concessionaire on the changes in regulation, the rules given by both Spanish and the European governments, served to complete and complement the strengths and weaknesses of the Spanish model of toll road concessions. | |
