In this paper a mission planning for scheduling a pair of simultaneus tasks, subjecting one of them to the other one is presented. Secondary missions are subject to primary mission constraints and attempt to take advantage of carrying out multiple missions in parallel. This work has been applied on a planetary exploration scenario, where a beacon deployment task has been combined with a planetary rover mission, in order to better exploit rovers? resources and mission time. Both simulations and field test have been carried out, confirming the approach. | |
