| The aim of this proposal is to cover those aspects related to principal factors that affect the design of concrete considering, performance, construction process, durability and environmental and aesthetics of construction with selfcompacting concrete. For the performance and durability aspects, the study of the interfacial transition zone between reinforcement (conventional or fiber) and concrete will play a major role. For the construction process, environmental and aesthetic aspects the optimization of the mix design will be relevant. This stay was in collaboration with Prof. Lohaus from the University of Hanover. | |
