The Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach has been mainly practiced in primary and secondary education, where its benef recent years, CLIL is also experiencing a fast growth in higher education, and more and more universities across Europe are offering courses in a most cases. This study presents an innovative experience at the Technical University of Madrid. The implementation of bilingual programs requir collaboration between language teachers and content specialists, an active involvement of students in the teaching-learning process. We show ho Communication Technology (ICT) plays a crucial role in fostering CLIL. More specifically, we discuss how ICT broadens the range of multimodal active learning, interactive strategies and proactive learning attitudes. | |
