This research aims analyze the influences exerted intangible resources (Knowledge Management, Brand, Reputation Organizational Social Responsibility) in strategic management higher education institutions (HEI) and the impact of themselves in the processes of innovation through value added that is transferred to the environment. The study is transversal and quantitative. Latches describe the causes of the phenomenon using the technique structural equation modeling (SEM). The sample was consisting of 247 individuals belonging to advice HEI managers. The results show that there significant influences of intangible: Management Knowledge and Reputation Organizational managed strategically on the results generated added value by IES and transferred to the environment.
