Abstract
The influence of two organically modified montmorillonites on the curing, morphology and mechanical properties of epoxy/poly(vinyl acetate)/organoclay ternary nanocomposites was studied. Ternary nanocomposites exhibited optimal properties that combine the favourable effects of the clay and the thermoplastic.
