| It has been a pleasure to have Prof. Campoy in our Institute during this period that we have exploited to search for collaborations in-between our both Institutions in the field of Vision for Robotics, and more particularly for UAV. During his stay prof Campoy also gave a Master course of three credits entitled "Machine Learning for Visual Pattern Recognition" within our Master in Controls and Robotics. This course has been very well received by our students as a complementary study in their Robotics formation, being also Prof. Campoy advisor of one Master thesis in this field of one of our best students. Prof Campoy has also established tight relationship with Prof Guido the Croon who is leading our Research Group on Micro UAV, who is accomplishing a research very much related with that by prof Campoy in his University U.P.M. and in which we expect to intensify our collaboration with people exchange and particular collaborative projects. Some invited conference has already been organized by prof Campoy in the field of UAV and we aim for a more intensive collaboration in the near future. | |
