| UNECE Regulation 66 [1] permits several approval protocols of large passenger vehicles with regard to the strength of their superstructure. These protocols consist in tests and calculations of the complete structure or sections of it, and they are specified in R66 Annex 5 to 9. However, a bus or a coach are only tested with one of those protocols, and never with more than that, so there are no comparatives between them with the same bus structure. In this work, two protocols are compared, Annex 8 and 9, and so they are explained below. | |
