The local food system in Madrid could be strengthened with the development of the consumption of local products in the region. With this aim, a qualitative and quantitative study was launched on a sample of 802 local consumers who were asked about their perception of local products, their buying preferences regarding different marketing channels and different strategies, in order to promote the consumption of this type of products. | |
