In economic, social and political scenario in which we find ourselves, society is becoming more demanding in relation to its public managers, claiming not only efficiency and efficiency of managed resources, even transparency and good management practices, as an indispensable counterpart for its recognition and support. In order to facilitate this work, the following study is carried out in which, through the construction of a Bayesian network, the relationships between different variables. Agent can know interesting information about how port variables are connected and can insert possible actions based on utility of their results, even when number of variables is high as occurs in planning and management of port terminals. In proposed methodology, a data base has been generated with more than 40 port variables, classified in economic, social, environmental and institutional variables. From that, a network has been generated using a non-cyclic conducted grafo which allows for knowing port variable relationships. Obtained network exhibits that environmental variables are known, obtained network allows estimating subsequent probability of social variables.
