Technical literature is rich in references pertaining to short-term electricity demand forecasting. These algorithms usually require the information of some variables such as: meteorological data, information about holidays, etc. Among all these variables, the temperature is the most relevant information from the perspective of electricity demand forecasting. This work analyzes the effect of the weather forecasting inaccuracies over the electric demand predictions.
