| The improvement of productivity in a workplace brings significant economic benefits and greenery's effect on productivity, creativity and well-being is notable. However, the role of indoor nature has received relatively little attention compared to the number of studies on outdoor nature. In this study, we conducted the subject experiment in winter, 2017 to clarify greenery's effect in winter on physiology, psychology and productivity. As a result, the proposal greenery contributes to increasing productivity, creativity and well-being of employees. Greenery can potentially lead to performance gains for the organization and a reduction in instances of ill health. | |
