| Since e-Business applications are increasingly wide-spread on Internet, its security is of utmost importance. Numerous security technologies and methods are engaged in security policies that propose the measures regarding system administration, authorization and access control, network protocols and cryptography. Some of them like authentication protocols, PKI, digital signature or smart cards deserve special attention. Contemporary environments like wireless environment or ubiquitous computing require new security solutions and standards in accordance with the requirements of distributed systems. Future trends suggest that the network security in not only technological, but also a business problem which the concept of liability could solve. | |
