Abstract
The observation of Blood Glucose (BG) daily patterns is essential to perform therapy adjustments. Monitoring of capillary BG does not provide complete information to reconstruct the daily patterns (associated meal and moment), so the patient should fulfil it manually. An automatic classification of incomplete BG data helps to a more accurate interpretation, mainly when data is automatically downloaded to a telemedicine system that supports physicians' decision-making.
