Abstract
The integration of intuitive haptic interaction for navigating within virtual spaces may suppose a key factor for spreading 3Drelated technologies in Ambient Assisted Living environments. This paper presents a case study that makes use of an Android-based portable terminal for evaluating low cost solutions for everyday life applications derived from virtual and mixed reality.
