Abstract
Finite elements modeling can be a powerful tool to predict CPV modules thermal performances and to optimize their design. As an example, a finite elements model representing a single unit of FluidReflex concentrator is built and analyzed. To validate it, an equivalent real prototype is manufactured and measured outdoors. Once the model has been validated, several studies are carried out obtaining interesting conclusions.
