This paper investigates the forced, time-varying combustion of a laminar fuel jet issuing into a stagnant atmosphere full of air at temperature T0. In this study, the effect of a large oscillation amplitude modulation of the fuel jet exit velocity on the flame surface is studied for fuels with unity and non-unity Lewis numbers. | |
