In approaching the process design for the enzyme hydrolysis of proteins, it is important to be able to predict processing outputs in response to different input variables. An alternative approach to obtaining a model of the reaction kinetics would be the use of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs). Thus, the objetive of this research consists of development algorithms and software package for determining the kinetics of enzyme hydrolysis of protein. | |
