| In Peru, there have been made various attempts at regionalization models, having started from a simple territorial demarcation, without identification of self-management skills to configure territories. Underlying this model, we have identified clear deficiencies in institutional competencies leading to a sustainable model of development. In addition to these deficiencies, there have not been reflected intentions to articulate strengths or competencies between regions, allowing through synergies, promote programs and projects of development cooperation. The proposal to address, pointing to gather people or associations, under complementary vision, through which to develop collaborative projects to exploit the resources of these associations with their own competitive advantages. The proposal in question of identifying strengths and weaknesses on villages in Peru, with a vision of complementarity of skills, which allow you to configure a set of strengths on which to develop projects aimed at sustainable development. | |
