The continuing evolution of cities requires citizens to make a series of changes to their transport habits, which need to be addressed by the appropriate authorities. In the case of Santiago de Chile, this transformation began with the inauguration of the Transantiago system, which transformed the transport habits of its citizens and led to an enormous increase in demand for the Metro. As a result, the operational areas of the company had to make use of resources that were traditionally channelled towards other areas, such as training. | |
