One of the most relevant upcoming ICT developments ? The role of energy consumption seems mostly absent from the main analysis and the debate on NGN deployment. Which design parameters affect the level of energy consumed in NGN? How? ? Does energy consumption impact fixed and mobile access networks differently? How to compare them? ? How does energy consumption affect NGANs capital and operational expenses? | |
