| The implementation of the European Higher Education Area in Spanish universities is becoming universities in a place for learning experience and collaborative construction of knowledge. University students are now digital natives, who bring new learning models built and where open social media platforms are a key part of their digital culture. Thus arises the concept of digital identity (DI). This DI is based on open 2.0 tools. The main objective of this paper is to give a first approximation to help form the student ID.
