The management in laboral risk prevention (PLR) and the occupational health (OH) represents and increasing trend in the dynamics of the company of the private and the public sector in Latin America and Caribbean. The preservation in levels of security and health of the workers has turned into a variable that has influence on the performance of the organizations and their social responsibility. The assertive management of these relations can be reached if it is planned, executed and controlled by managerial personnel by a solid technical, managerial formation orientated to the innovation. In this sense, in Venezuela there is developing an experience of training directed managerial personnel in this area, which is offered by the University of Alcala of Spain, through a new model of Post Grad studies with own degrees. The principal aim of the model is to shape a community of the knowledge, which is capable of investigating, developing and innovating. At present, there have begun six Post Grade?s programs in which there interact teachers, researchers, managers and professionals of the branch many Spanish and Latin Americans. | |
