The vision of the Future Internet includes the Internet of Things as a fundamental and integrated part, where all objects are fully interconnected, allowing the execution of collaborative mobile services, leveraging the intelligence of the environment to consume the features and capabilities offered by surrounding smart objects. This highly distributed and heterogeneous scenario demands services with special processing features for devices with limited resources. The challenges of these issues should be considered in a synergistic vision and not in isolation. In this paper we present the model of collaborative mobile services for Internet of Things and analyze the technological challenges enabling the development of this model. | |
