| This paper presents the way in which serendipity could help knowledge construction. There are tools and technologies that facilitate the exchange and collaborative construction of knowledge. The information and communication technologies (ICT) and the Internet have provided new ways to complement the traditional methods of learning and knowledge construction. Serendipity, as a way of making discoveries, could help knowledge construction; it's needed a system that improves the way in which serendipity occurs. | |
