Abstract

| We must build cities with responsible criteria, bearing in mind all its users and the needs of each one of them. Not to mention the need to adapt to future requirements with minimum cost and maximum profitability. These needs, under responsible management, are competencies developed by a Facility Manager in his day to day. He cares and takes over the entire life cycle of buildings and their surroundings. The Facility Manager is a very suitable profile for relational tasks among different actors involved in the development of a city. | |
