| This report will analize suplied data by ther service pettitioner to get estimate: ? Probability density function of failures occurence, f(t) ? Reliability R(t) and unreliability Q(t) in function of time. ? Failure rate over time ?(t). ? Mean time to failure, MTTF or ?. The customer supplied data do not include repairing time, so that, the mean time between failures is not calculated, MTBF. In anyway, the customer pay attention in the apparition frecuence of failures and in the impact that it could cause. The study initial data are the following: ? DOAs (Dead On Arrival): Devices that are failed in the first 15 days of use. ? RMAs (Return Merchadise Authorization): Devices that have to be repaired in garanty time. ? Operation time until first failure in the device. ? Population of device in processing. | |
