Abstract

| The overall objective of the project is the dissemination of knowledge concerning a healthy diet among adults that live in cities. The basic idea of the project (as it is title demonstrates) is the advice off Hippocrates that food mist be our medicine, thus a healthy diet is the basic of good life. All organizations involved in the partnership are interested in education and training in that topic. We offer training in several general themes: * organic cultivation * traditional cuisine and recipes * local organic products * organic products vs conventional products * organic nutrition Free seminars on these subjects will also take place. The educational material will be on line available to the public. The partners are going to apply wider dissemination of the project in five different EU countries and to answer their needs in training material. | |
