This paper shows the development of Quality of Life social indicator, the more closely related to the main objectives of Research and Development Project ?Sustainable Refurbishment?: improving energy efficiency and wellbeing of users in existing residential buildings. Finally, this social indicator is applied to a real case study in Málaga (Spain).
