Abstract

| The objective is to make a study and a report on speech-based systems for human-machine interfaces and provide elements for how speech-based interfaces can contribute to pave the way for novel digital services that suit best the European specificities and responds to the future needs of the Europeans. The study will compare speech-based technologies with alternative technologies, identify and analyze possible future technological progress, drivers and challenges influencing such development as well as likely application/service domains. | |
