Descripción
The Mediterranean sociopolitical and economic scenario is rapidly changing, due to events such as the escalating migration crisis, the political upheavals in North Africa, the sovereign debt crises and change of governments in southern Mediterranean countries. These events ake it even more importan! today to highlight the strong correlation existing between the sociopolitical and economical dynamics in the region. While these processes of change in the Mediterranean countries bring with them challenges and uncertainties, many regional opportunities should be understood and fostered as well. The Mediterranean Week has become the majar economic event in the Mediterranean and the key platform for placing the prívate sector within the political agenda of the region.
