| In this article is presented the analysis of the opinions of various stakeholders involved in the process of SEA of RBMPs of Spain (2009-2015 cycle), resulting from the development of a survey addressed to the State Environmental Body, the Substantive Body of RBDs (or Hydrographic Confederations of Spain), Water Users, Organizations, Foundations and Associations, Construction Companies and Consultants, as well as some researchers dedicated to the study of water and environmental assessment. Preliminary results show the lack of a good diffusion in the public consultation and the lack of depth in the planning of RBMPs, in addition to lack of proper coordination between the State, Autonomous Communities and Hydrographic Confederations. | |
