| Curing is the process when in presence of temperature (curing temperature) particles lose their organic shell and start showing conductance by direct physical contact Being able to heat locally only the line during the curing process is important to avoid damaging the substrate and make it compatible with low temperature electronic devices. The main objective is to achieve laser curing of metallic contacts made using Laser Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) so a full laser solution can be accomplished for both fabrication and curing of the lines. | |
