Abstract
New strategies to improve performance of next generation of Si-based solar cells. Fabrication of polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) using a CW diode laser to replace standard Si wafers Raw material: Non hydrogenated amorphous silicon, deposited at relatively low temperature by Radio-Frequency magnetron sputtering at high deposition rates and without any additional heat treatment.
