Abstract
The aim of this thesis is obtaining information related to the main processes experienced by the material (APC2/AS4) during the automatic lamination and in - situ consolidation manufacturing technique. Firstly it has been done a simulation on the thermal pr oblem, the result is a temperature profile for each point of the set and at every time of the manufacturing process. This result will act as a feedback for the rest of the processes: The Intimate Contact (inherently related with healing and bonding among layers), Crystallization of the matrix, Degradation phenomena and development of Thermal Residual Stresses. It is possible to relate each of these processes with a mathematical formula which could act as a future control system of th e machine.
