Universities tend to contribute to processes of territorial development through R & D activity. The theory of innovation and technology transfer links that activity with processes of economic development as a dynamizing agent for replacing old technologies, products or processes with new ones that allow to generate added value. This paper presents the results of a specific strategy based on triple helix model that was carried out by Technological University of Chile - INACAP- . It shows that when strategies are developed together with the local actors, they can strengthen their sustainability over time, as well as the University - Productive Sector - Public Sector link. Specifically, it analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the process from the perspective of good practices in the management of this type of projects | |
