| Led by the company MOVILOK INTERACTIVIDAD MÓVIL, together with the Universidad Carlos III (UC3M) and the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), and granted in the 2016 Call for "Retos de Colaboración" of the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, this project is oriented to the design and development of 'smart tourism' solutions aimed at improving the tourist experience. Particularly, the main idea is to redefine the use of digital signage by converting conventional tourist showcases into fully interactive information points, accessible from any mobile, and enriched with contents automatically extracted from analyzing and interpreting public photos uploaded to social networks by other tourists visiting the same areas.
