| The CLIMATHON (26-27/10/2018) in Madrid was organised around the global CLIMATHON, as in other parts of the world. The objective of this CLIMATHON was to have the groups working during the 24 hours of the event on three problems that had been jointly agreed with the city of Madrid: working towards a waste management information system, dealing with air quality data from the network of sensors that Madrid is installing in the city, and understanding better light pollution and its effects in Madrid. Five groups were created at the beginning of the event: one on waste management, one on air quality and three on light pollution. | |
