Quality is defined from objective quantitative data and subjective interpretations. Adding the notion of a "paradox" in the audit means emphasizing the apparently inconceivable or contradictory idea that the integrated agents can change the university structures that provide their own confirmation as interlocutors in achieving objectives with great scarcity of resources. Our work encourages to understand tensions as a paradox that offers opportunities to improve performance with fewer resources and more quality through the integration of contradictory elements. Such complex thinking allows people (profesors, lecturers, resarchers and administrative staff) to draw distinctions between different elements that they will integrate to achieve greater efficiency and innovation. | |
