| Knowledge management consists of the identification, quantification and management of intangible assets in organizations and production processes, in order to contribute to the development of their competitiveness and sustainability. Due to its global importance and in particular in Venezuela, the productive chain of the corn agroindustry deserves to be investigated from this perspective. It has four links: corn producers, processing industry, commerce and finally, suppliers of goods and services.
