We propose to use the observation of the reflectivity profile at micro-scale size of vertical opto-fluidic sensing cells by high resolution Fourier Transform Visible and Infrared Spectroscopy for biochemical sensing. The sensing cell characterized is a 2D triangular lattice of sub-micro-holes made by standard micro-fabrication technology. This sensing methodology avoids the use of complex coupling systems to offer a good performance in terms of sensitivity and reliability. | |
