| This paper shows the design of architecture for development of a telematic digital democracy platform, whose purpose is to reduce the communication barriers between government and citizens in the decision-making process. The main contribution of this architecture vs. other authors' proposals resides in the fact that it is totally configurable and extendable. Another contribution of the proposed system is the use of advanced security measures guaranteeing correct treatment of the information handled at all times. | |
