| Nowadays we provide techniques that let us get those programs which determine an outline when it is time to carry out a building work. In spite of this, we have to recognize that from the appearance of the temporary management of projects as a new tool in a way of capturing decisions, from this it has passed more than fifty years already, its progress in the sector of edification has been in these days very little. The fast technological change, the decrease of the margin of benefits and the increase of competition are facts that combined determined a more difficult and demanding negotiation, what has given place to an increasing demand of the temporary management of projects on the part of the building firms. In spite of this evolution, numerous companies of the sector of the Building continue without implementing in an authentic way or what it might be named, of generic form, the scientific organization of the work. The realized affirmation can have its origin in the fact that the tools that have been in use up to the current importance do not give a response near to the reality, or that to obtain this aim they present a difficulty not ready to be assumed by the different agents who intervene in this productive area. For all this, it is considered to be fundamental to realize a critical review updated of the tools of planning, programming and control of works, and to be analyzing the practical possibilities that these offer to the Temporary Management of Projects. This will allow to propose to the sector of the Building an instrument that solves or minimizes the problem explained, and still not solved problem. With the intention of giving response to the problematic situation described before, it is necessary to appear as objective to obtain the following ones: o To select and to analyze the knowledge and tools of application most used in the sector of the Building across a survey realized to the building firms. o To determine the characteristics that there must bring together a tool of future creation. o The creation of the tool described for its distribution in the sector of the Building. The fact of reaching the raised aims has allowed to answer to the problematic situation described before. | |
