User-experience in traditional Telecommunications services is partially constrained due to the limited amount of available services and because the existing ones do not completely fulfil users' needs and expectations. The so-called User-Generated Services can be used as a means to improve these aspects. They provide users with the tools to create and share new mobile services that better fit their needs or those of their communities. This paper describes the user perspective of the results elaborated owing to the OPUCE project., where a creation and delivery environment for mobile User-Generated Services has been created. In particular, we state how the tools provided enhance the different facets of their experience of use of mobile services | |
