Within the framework of cost effective, solution-processed devices, a novel technique that saves photolithographic processing steps and is easily scalable to wide area production is proposed. The system set up together with the manufacturing process, which involves two different steps for anode and cathode patterning are described. 5x7 pixel, monochrome passive matrix displays based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/active layer/(Ba)Al have been fabricated. Electrical response of a typical pixel is shown and discussed. | |
