| The importance of the construction sector in general, and the civil engineering in particular, in the new sustainable concept, open new and complex research lines. The application of the sustainable development in the urban and building scope from 1992 by means of tools based on indicators causes that we have a very important feedback of these systems and valuable information to apply to civil engineers projects. In this paper a fist step in this direction appears. By means of project management standards for the identification of risks and opportunities, it has been proposed a methodology to identify the most important sustainability factors and indicators in the civil engineering projects to obtain the first generic breakdown structure of indicators and its classification. La importancia del sector de la construcción en general, y de la ingeniería civil en particular, dentro del concepto sostenible hace que se abran líneas de investigación en este sentido. La aplicación del desarrollo sostenible en el ámbito urbano y la edificación mediante herramientas basadas en indicadores desde 1992 hace que dispongamos de una información básica e importante y disponer así de información y de lecciones aprendidas para aplicarlo a la evaluación sostenible de los proyectos de ingeniería civil. En este artículo se presenta un primer paso en esta dirección. Mediante estándares de gestión de proyectos de identificación de riesgos y oportunidades, se trata de proponer una metodología para identificar los factores e indicadores de sostenibilidad en los proyectos de ingeniería civil para obtener una primera estructura desagregada de indicadores de carácter genérico. | |
