| Siberian elm(Ulmus pumila L.)has been regarded as a good candidate for woody energy crop;it is a rapidily-growing tree that exhibits hardiness and adaptation to Mediterranean climates.In this work the potential of Siberian elm biomass production is assessed.Results of preliminary field experiment conducted under rainfed conditions in a continental-Mediterranean climate are presented. | |
