Abstract

| At the time of writing there exists no consensus about the approaches to detect, propagate and describe changes in resources and datasets of the Linked Open Data Web. This survey gives a comprehensive overview of the current technical solutions and a comparison of such based requirements we derived from use cases the community came up with. We give a detailed overview about the aspects of discovery, granularity level, and description ofthe changes, as well as the detection algorithms and noti cation mechanisms.Moreover, we present a high-level dataset dynamics stack that integrates the current technical solutions for dealing with changes in datasets of the Web of Data. | |
