We demonstrate a framework providing a complete description of early divisions in the zebrafish embryo with minute accuracy and micrometer-scale resolution. In toto imaging oi intrinsic nonlinear signals is achieved using an optimized acquisition scheme, and provide detection of cell shapes and divisions through ttre blastula. Ad-hoc image analysis provides automated feature detection and reveals the spatiotemporal phenomenology of cleavage stages. | |
